8-106 (8) states that when we add load to a building we can use the existing demand load of the building and then add new loads to it using the provisions of the code.
Would the demand load ststed on the electric bill be sufficient proof to show the buildings demand over the last 12 months?

What I've done before was phone the utility company and asked for the average load. All you need is the meter number. Hope this helps.
